I was so amazed how the heaven cleared the grounds after a heavy rainfall – creating a majestic scene in the City of Pines, Baguio, last Saturday.
First, a raibow showed up in the sky symbolizing hope for everyone. I am always reminded of God’s promise that rainbow is a sign na hindi na niya hahayaang bumaha pa sa mundo. Kaya let’s thank Him everytime na may umagang nagigising pa tayo.
moreover, the picturesque view reminded me of how colorful my college life was. i miss the old days. i miss schooling, yeah i really do. i miss old friends. i miss my school, SLU. i miss the cold weather. i miss the smell of pine trees. i miss night lifes at session road. i miss coffee breaks. oh Gosh, i really miss this place. if there’s a place that i would always remember, it would be Baguio.
to complete my weekend, I enjoyed my family’s company. we dine out. stayed in one room. shared stories. laughed. and went shopping. for me this is quality time. ang sarap talaga ng feeling everytime makakasama mo family mo especially na magkakalayo layo kami sa isat isa. i just so love them, kaya there’s nothing more important for me than having them in my life.
on the other hand, i also had good times with my friends that are working in Baguio. of course, kahit may mga night shifts ang iba eh sumaglit parin. its just so sad na ganito kami kadami noon…
ngayon iilan nalang kaming may chance na makapagkita kita. maswerte pa kung maka akyat yung iba. haay, i guess this is how life is. sabi nga nila separation is needed para makapag grow ang bawat isa. nwei, going back, ito na mga pix with frens…
tapos, dahil first time kong nakatikim nito kinunan ko na rin. in fairness masarap siya. ayan dapat na akong bayaran ng mountain dew for the endorsement. haha.
and lastly, grabe pagbaba namin kahapon halos mag zero visibility kaya thank God naka uwi naman kami ng buhay.
…in everything GIVE THANKS.
